These Terms of Service govern your use of Shop Local Dashboard, a service operated by Customer Launch Pad LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You may use Shop Local Dashboard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Connected accounts and data
You may choose to connect third-party accounts and data sources. You represent that you have authority to connect those accounts and permit Shop Local Dashboard to access the data you authorize. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Reporting and analytics
Shop Local Dashboard organizes and displays information obtained from connected sources. Reporting may be affected by third-party availability, processing delays, attribution methods, configuration, or changes made by data providers. You remain responsible for business decisions made using information presented by the service.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's data, interfere with service operation, misuse connected services, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We may also perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, reliability, or third-party integration requirements.
Intellectual property
Shop Local Dashboard and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by Customer Launch Pad LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Customer Launch Pad LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or continued availability of data supplied by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Customer Launch Pad LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, violation of these terms, legal requirements, or protection of the service or its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Shop Local Dashboard develops. The effective date above will reflect material revisions.
